Southern Wisconsin is expected to get snow Thursday, but the winter storm has potential to reach as far north as Door County, according to the National Weather Service. There's still some uncertainty about where the storm will eventually track. Meteorologist Timm Uhlmann said the NWS forecasts a "sharp cutoff" between those who get snow and those who don't. Uhlmann said Appleton and Green Bay will most likely see "lighter" bursts of snow Thursday. Further south, he said, Oshkosh and Fond du Lac have a much higher chance of seeing wintry weather, with possibly as much as 3 to 6 inches.
