SSM Health Greater Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac County Health Department, the Wisconsin Institute for Healthy Aging (WIHA), and the Fond du Lac Family YMCA are offering a six-week Healthy Living with Diabetes program. Healthy Living with Diabetes is an evidence-based program for adults of all ages who have type 1 or 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, or live with someone who does. In just six weeks, participants will learn to take charge of their health and get back to doing the things that matter to them.
